In 1995, Debbie Waggoner joined Nodus, Inc. and we began addressing improvements in the human performance aspect of technical organizations by tailoring customized leadership development programs. The Performance Consulting Division has expanded beyond technical organizations to a variety of industries.

Our Performance Consulting Division today provides development and delivery of Corporate Training Programs as well as Strategic Planning, Team Building and Executive Coaching. We maintain a group of qualified contract trainers who can assist with projects of any size.

Debbie Waggoner, President, Nodus, Inc.

Debbie WaggonerDebbie Waggoner is an Organizational Development Consultant, Keynote Speaker and Trainer combining a broad background of both business and talent management experience. Debbie started the Performance Consulting Division of Nodus in 1995. Prior to that time she held Human Resources and Corporate Training positions for several corporations in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Debbie has a strong track record of success with many Fortune 500 companies. She works with individuals, teams and organizations to improve their performance in the areas of leadership, teamwork and communication. Solutions are delivered through training programs, offsite meetings and individual coaching sessions.

Debbie is known for her ability to create a very interactive and engaging environment that leads to significant results. She is known for her ability to handle challenging situations with finesse and to provide positive reinforcement in coaching and development.

Recent consulting projects include:

  • Provided extensive executive coaching, leadership development and team building for executive team of a pharmaceutical distribution company
  • Led Quarterly strategic planning sessions for leadership team of growth business
  • Created and implemented a successful leadership development program for a software company including delivery in Australia, Spain and the UK

  • Delivered Presentation Skills Training and Leading Dynamic Meetings Training for leadership team of telecommunications company

Debbie currently serves as an Executive Board Member for Wise Regional Health System. She has served the community as a Board Member on the Chamber of Commerce and President of Decatur High School PTO.
