EXECUTIVE COACHING

Developing LEADERS TODAY TO MEET YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS OF TOMORROW

Nodus’ Executive Coaching Program combines professional development expertise in a specific discipline, such as leadership development, performance management, or emotional intelligence, with personal insight to challenge thinking and provide guidance.

Executive Coaching

Why would a corporation hire an executive coach?

  • They recognize specific developmental needs in key contributors.
  • They want to build talent for the future.
  • They value and want to retain top talent.

Why does coaching work?

  • Synergy between the coach and client creates momentum.
  • Skills are applied real-time to specific job challenges.
  • Better-defined goals support a client to move toward those goals faster and effortlessly.
  • The clients develop new skills, and these skills translate into more success and balanced life.

How Does Nodus Executive Coaching work?

1. Assessment

The first phase of the coaching process involves assessment. Through a series of meetings with key stakeholders, discussions with the individual and assessments, the individual and coach will develop specific goals for the executive coaching program.

2. Development

Through phase two, the individual will focus on addressing specific issues, developing skills, and solving problems that are blocking their career development.

3. Implementation

The final phase is to take action on the areas for development. The executive coaching relationship continues through the implementation in order to provide reinforcement and continued learning as a challenge and unexpected realities occur.
